• When you pay: Stripe collects your payment and shares details such as your name, email address, billing country and what you bought. We never see your full card number.
• When you email us: your email address, your message, and anything you share for a task.

Why we use it

We use this information to deliver the service you paid for, answer your questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep task emails for as long as we need them to deliver the service. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, and to object to how we use it. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
