Refund Policy

Plans of 1 month or longer

If you have not sent us a task, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full.

If we have started work and you change your mind within those 14 days, we refund the unused part of your plan, based on the time left in it.

72-hour trial

You can ask for a refund at any point during the 72 hours. Once the trial has ended, it cannot be refunded.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@globalvirtualassist.com from the address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, and your bank may take several working days to show them.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have by law as a consumer.
